This October we’re showcasing predictable ways blood is wasted in horror movies, and asking donors: When was the last time you donated blood? To motivate donors to give and help prevent a blood shortage, we’re offering all donors who come to give Oct. 1-31, 2022, a $5 e-Gift Card by email to a merchant of choice.*

- October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Donors are needed to help ensure blood and platelets are on the shelves for cancer patients and others who rely on transfusions for care.
