Parkinson's Exercise Class

Improve function, mobility, quality of life, and reduce falls in a fun atmosphere! Exercise classes are led by Stoughton Health Physical Therapy to help people diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease feel and function better. Session – September 14 through December 8, 2026 (No Classes – October 16 and November 23 – 27) Mondays and Fridays 11:15 a.m.- Noon Community Health & Wellness Center 3162 County Rd B, Stoughton Wednesdays 10:45-11:30 a.m. Oregon Senior Center 219 Park Street, Oregon $36 for once per week $72 for twice per week If you have problems registering, please call Stoughton Health Community Education at (608) 877-3498.
