Event Description:
Join Joan Litwitz, Share The Care Project Coordinator, to learn more about the dynamic Share the Care Program. Share the Care is a community care support model that shows families, friends, neighbors, and community how to become a powerful group of friends to help someone with Alzheimer’s or other forms of  dementia stay supported and independent.
This presentation will offer practical solutions for people who need help organizing and maintaining a circle of  support needed to live happily and healthy.
