This 7 week program is an effective, evidence-based falls prevention program for older adults.  This series is presented by the Stoughton Area Senior Center, Safe Communities and Stoughton Hospital.

Fees/Admission:
Cost: $35 for the series (includes instruction, guest experts, and materials); one-time $5 healthy snack fee.
