Event Description:
What are you naturally good at? What are your strengths and how you do use them in the workplace? Do you want to become a better manager by leveraging your strengths? We will use Clifton Strengths as a foundation for this interactive workshop to help uncover who you are as a professional in relation to your natural talents. The workshop allows you to reflect on your role as a manager and uncovers how you can intentionally use your strengths to be more successful.
